A warm welcome to St. Mary Magdalene Church in the heart of Taunton.
Although we are proud of our magnificent church, we are primarily a committed gathering of Christians, united in our worship of Jesus Christ and dedicated to serve our community in His name.
We open the doors of St. Mary Magdalene as often as we can and encourage folk to come in. Some come for a cup of tea and a chat, others to browse the bookshop or to sit quietly and pray in St Andrew's Chapel. For whatever reason you have come, we hope you find us a friendly, welcoming community.
If you would like to join us, then we would be delighted to have your company. The church is big, but every person who comes in is important to us. There are no strangers at St. Mary Magdalene's, only fellow pilgrims we have yet to meet.
